Our famous St. Pete’s Select® Blue Cheese takes a week-long beer bath in Summit® Twenty-One IPA. The beer’s bright, citrus hop-forward flavor highlights the fruitiness in St. Pete’s Select® and the piney hops enhance the piquant peppery flavor. The clean finish in the beer compliments the smooth, clean finish of the cheese with just a hint of bitterness.

Inspired by the ultimate beer celebration, Summit® Oktoberfest is the perfect fall beer. Full in body thanks to a blend of European hops and Moravian 37 malts, it starts right with toffee flavors and finishes clean and crisp like the autumn air. Soaking our famous St. Pete’s Select® Blue Cheese in this classic Märzen-style beer adds sweetness to the cheese and cuts the sharpness, while not fully masking the Blue cheese flavor. The naturally sweeter flavor in a Märzen helps pull the fruitiness in the Blue cheese, creating a sweet finish on the end that lingers.

Floral, spicy, bready and sweet in flavor, the Summit® Winter Ale is a cozy winter warmer. Based on the British Winter Warmer style, this brew's toasted malt flavors mix with hints of espresso, caramel and black cherry for a velvety smooth finish. When our famous St. Pete’s Select® Blue Cheese is soaked in this beer the toasted malt flavor picks up on the sweetness of the cheese, creating a velvety, sweet cheese with hints of sharpness shining through and a nice, spiced finish.
